When Matt had mentioned her in a text to me on Thursday, I automatically asked Alexis if Daddy hung around a girl named Alex when she was at Daddy's. All she said was "glasses," and sure enough, when they pulled into the parking lot to pick Alexis up, the girl sitting in the passenger seat had glasses. I was instantly angry that this girl that I only slightly knew existed, Alexis had known long enough to remember her and that she wore glasses.
I am not 100% sure as to why Matt kept the relationship between them a secret from me, but it made me angry to know that he did, only because I like to know who is around my daughter if they are going to be around long enough for her to have some sort of influence on her. I know that she only goes to Daddy's 4 days a month, but even then, in that short amount of time, ya never know.
ANYWAYS, it was a long long summer without my precious camera attached to my face, but I finally got it back yesterday!!! I don't even think I could express my happiness and excitement towards having it back! I am just friggin' happy as hell!! The difference in the quality of picture it takes compared to the one I was stuck with all summer, is just insane!!
Sorry for the short post, but tomorrow I get my wisdom teeth out and I gotta pack for Alexis, who is going to be with my parents for the day!!
